Easy to make psoriasis balm that greatly reduces sign of psoriasis.
- 1/3 cup Shea Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Neem oil
- 1/4 tsp. Vitamin E Oil
- 5 drops Lavender essential oil
- 5 drops Tea Tree essential oil
Put the shea butter and vitamin E oil in a double boiler and melt them down until it becomes clear.
After the psoriasis balm is melted, place it in the freezer for just a few minutes. You want it to be opaque, but still runny. If it stays in the freezer too long it will get hard and you will have to melt it all over again.
Quickly whisk in the Neem Oil.
Whisk in the essential oils.
Pour psoriasis balm into a small container and let it sit for a few hours, or place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
