I love comfort food and I think one of my favorite comfort food dishes is chicken & dumplings! The dumplings are the best part! I could honestly leave out everything else and just have dumplings in broth. But, then it wouldn’t be called chicken & dumplings, would it?

I received an instant pot last year for Christmas and have only used it once. There is an instant pot group on Facebook so I can find some good recipes and everyone talks about how much they love their instant pot, but I just couldn’t seem to find anything I wanted to cook in mine. While stalking Pinterest, I finally came across this recipe for Instant Pot Chicken & Dumplings and I thought I would try it.

I LOVED it! I’m so glad I came across it because it is super easy and super quick to make. And it’s delicious!!
